Project Engineer
Job Responsibilities:
1. New model development and set up schedule plan for development.
2. To be leader for APQP - Window for customer and supplier
3. Making document for document approval.
4. Follow up tooling issue and advise for engineering matter of PIC model.
5. Have knowledge 5S&Small Kaizen, QCC activities.
Qualification:
1. New Graduated is welcome!
2. Junior Level with 1-3 years experiance.
3. Have experience in Plastic Injection or Plastic Moulding is an advantage
4. Bachelor Degree in Engineering
5. Can read and understand drawing - 3D
6. Very good command in English, both written and spoken
7. Can use MS-Word, MS-Excel, MS-PowerPoint, Solid work
8. Can deal with challenges and solve problems effectively
Job Responsibilities:
1. To provide and develop quality plan, document and resource to support quality control activites.
2. Responding to clients' requests & complaints for quality
3. To visit clients to audit and solve quality problems
4. To follow up for quality improvment plan and effectiveness
5. Understand core tools FMEA, SPC, APQP, MSA, PPAP
6. Have knowledge about 5S & Small Kaizen and QCC activities, ISO 9001, IAFT 16949, ISO 14001
Qualification:
1. Bachelor Degree of Engineering
2. Have experience in QA Engineer
3. Can use computer, Word, Excel, Power point, Solid work
4. Good command of english, both written and spoken
